We strive to consolidate our role as a strategic partner of our Public Administration through the delicate process of the digitalisation of our country. Nowadays, Mooney (along with PagoPA) is the preferred channel for payments to the Public Administration.
By favouring the transition from cash to traceable payments, Mooney was able to achieve 30% of its total payments as digital currency — a very significant contribution to the development of our nation and the implementation of its Digital Agenda.

Since the very beginning of the Covid-19 emergency, we have been working purposefully toward making our society a safe environment, while ensuring business continuity and safeguarding our employees’ health.
Our firm has developed an action plan, with the objective of supporting and standing by our employees, our points of sale, and the community as a whole. This plan embodies the active contribution that our business has taken on during the emergency, and will continue fostering over the course of the imminent socio-economic recovery our country will face.
Among our most relevant initiatives is our 100% Smart Working project. This project consisted of having all of our employees working remotely since the beginning of the pandemic, having safety kits containing Personal Protective Equipment and masks sent out to our whole network, and having our affiliate points of sale provided with a dedicated plan designed to support them economically, through the cancellation, deferment, and suspension of commercial fees. Through this project, Mooney also supported our country with direct donations to trustworthy non-profit organisations, who invested in the frontlines of the most affected regions during this emergency.
